Clairesquares handcrafts unique caramel and chocolate based products derived from traditional Irish recipes. An artisan confectioner on the Bay Areas exciting food scene, Clairesquares, puts a fresh slant on classic Irish treats.

We are best known for our decadent signature product, called Clairesquares. First we start with a buttery shortbread base, then coat it with a thick layer of rich caramel and top it off with a smooth coating of Belgian chocolate.

All of our artisan products are made entirely by hand in small batches using only premium and all natural ingredients.
